"I have dealt with other Harley-Davidson Dealerships/Shops but Appalachian have been the best. I have had questions comments and concerns and the staff at Appalachian Harley-Davidson answered my questions and listened to my comments and concerns where others did not. I had issues with my new 2010 bike I told other dealerships about it and their comments were, "its a Harley". Appalachian took the bike into the service department and found that there was a problem and fixed it. I now get 10 MPG more in gas and have more power. For me, Appalachian is the best. I trust them 110 percent with my bike. The Staff in all areas have been professional and very helpful. Thanks Appalachian Harley-Davidson."

"I was home for R&R from Afghanistan, and not really thinking about buying. After browsing the showroom (with no pressure from the sales staff) I came across the one, which is now my '08 Street Glide-Black Pearl. I explained that I had only 2 days left before I had to head back to Afghanistan. Here's were the staff went above and beyond - My delivery was to be at 2:30 pm but I was excited (like a young'n in a toy store) about picking up my bike and showed up several hours early. Everyone worked to make my early delivery happen with no complaints or excuses; "well we can't, it was set for 2:30" I could not have asked for a better experience… and this goes for everyone there not just the sales staff. I am currently back in Afghanistan and I'm so looking forward to getting on my bike and hitting the road. My first stop… Appalachian dealership. Thank you all again.
