Carnival Ride

May is Women Riders Month … come on out ladies and have fun to celebrate you and your love of Riding!! Plus, thanks to the men, who support and encourage women riders!

Purchase tickets by Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Meal will include carnival themed foods. Monies received, above and beyond the final bill for the food and some prizes, will be distributed in the form of cash prizes to our women participants. Note: Tickets will be available the day of the event @ Appalachian H-D until 11:00 AM.

 Each participant will be required to sign a waiver the day of the event, at starting dealership in order to participate, assuming total responsibility for themselves and their actions.

The day will be spent riding/traveling to 6 (or as many as you can) of the participating Dealers.  There is no specific route mapped out, dealer addresses, and hours are listed below.   The begin time, depends on the hours of the Dealer where you begin.  Dealers may offer discounts to be used at a later time; along with snacks, drinks, and food items (some for purchase) along the route.

• Each dealer will host a carnival game for you to play and earn points.  
• Take your scorecard with you to each participating dealership.  
• Turn in your scorecard at Appalachian H-D at their event tent by 4:00pm, so final scores may be tallied.
• Prizes are awarded at 5:00pm. PLEASE PLAN YOUR DAY ACCORDINGLY.
• Meal available at 4:00pm at Appalachian H-D.
• Live music will be provided by Back ‘N Black and begin at 3pm.
