10,000 Dreams of Personal Freedom

It's been over 16 years since Butch (Bryan Perry) had the thought from the saddle of his iconic black 1999 Fat Boy®, "How do I get more people to experience this same feeling?"

Personal Freedom!

The road, the wind, no boundaries, true freedom on an iconic Harley-Davidson® motorcycle! It was that single thought that sparked the quest that would become Appalachian Harley-Davidson. From humble beginnings in 2001, we would quickly outgrow our little shop on Main Street in a town that wasn't even on the map.  This growth propelled us into 2005 when Barb and Bryan opened the doors to Appalachian Harley-Davidson® as we know it now, the magnificent Harley-Davidson® superstore.

2017 brought us yet another milestone as we delivered our 10,000th Dream of Personal Freedom. You read that right, over the last 16 years Appalachian Harley-Davidson® has shared and cultivated enthusiasm and respect for motorcycling with all those who wished to take part in this Iconic sport, and this year we delivered another dream of Personal Freedom putting over 10,000 customers on Legendary Harley-Davidson® motorcycles.

When we first built this state of the art, world-class dealership back in 2005, we never thought we would need to expand, but here it is 2018 and we are still growing.  This winter we will be expanding the interior of the dealership, creating more showroom for you.  The expansion will allow us to focus on comfort, convenience, style and performance for all of our customers, with an expanded Parts & Accessories Department making it easier to customize your ride.  There will be more space to add to our already impressive selection of motorcycles on the showroom floor and a few other change that you are sure to love!

Appalachian Harley-Davidson® will remain open during the entire project, which we look to have wrapped up in early April 2018. So don’t forget to stop in and check out the changes that are happening within the dealership this winter.

Dream Big - Ride Free,

Joe Perry, Operations Manager
